In addition to ensuring the necessary skillsets, we also carefully select the most suitable candidates for well-defined roles. 

In selection situations, we utilise assessments, which include self-assessment, psychometric tests, and in-depth interviews. The assessment is reported in writing to both the customer and the assessed individual. The report includes a brief description of the assessed person’s strengths and areas for development in relation to the specific task and organisation, as well as a clear recommendation of the assessed person for the role.
