We, Sari and Anna, founded Hedda Business Partners to enhance our customers' performance by developing and clarifying their processes and organisations. We have led and developed organisations towards their goals in demanding HR, finance, and business management roles for over fifteen years.
Team
Sari Osanen
Organisation: Fifteen years of experience in leading finance Business Partner teams and business management in an international environment. Overall responsibility for developing capabilities of the country organisation.
Processes: Extensive development of financial and business structures, processes, and tools in CEO and finance leadership roles. Responsibility for harmonising finance operating models and change management, including corporate restructuring and IT system development projects.
Strategy: Comprehensive strategy implementation as CEO, in management teams, and as a team leader.

Anna Lönnblad
Organisation: Ten years of experience in organisational development and suitability assessment work as a consultant as well as in-house role. Overall responsibility for the development of skills and competencies in an international corporation.
Processes: Diverse and versatile experience in the development of financial, HR, production-supply chain, and sales processes and systems. Overall responsibility for harmonising post-merger operating models in the role of Integration Manager. Extensive experience in change management.
Strategy: Implementation lead for a defined strategic pillar in a publicly listed company. Daily strategy implementation as a finance management team member.
